simplyalyshia: I bet I’m gorgeous right now. as per usual (yeah thats probably a little stalkerish sounding).  Anyway I think you and your bf will do fine avec le bebe.  Try not to get too worked up over it, you’ve got like 9 months of time to plan, and I suppose eat.

"Danny Nonsense and the Fast Band"
dfast: That’s what we’ll be called. Our songs will be hilarious, annoying, and just stupid. No one will like us, but we’d be super awesome and entertaining. I’d sing The Who’s “My Generation” with such a stutter that none of the words would come out clear, but the background vocals would be perfect. That’s the first idea. Can I play bass?

i feel I must also note that the album I would say I listened to the most within the past 2 years since I got it was Wolf Parade’s At Mount Zoomer (I still don’t have their first album which I hear is also very good).  I also verymuch enjoy The Cold War Kids Loyalty to Loyalty.

J.D. Salinger dead at 91.
slackenties: hotelcitroen: “Catcher in the Rye” author J.D. Salinger has died at age 91 in New Hampshire. The author’s son, in a statement from the author’s literary representative, says Salinger died of natural causes at his home. He had lived for decades in self-imposed isolation in the small, remote house in Cornish, N.H. (AP) You know I click the ‘like’ button on these types of things to...

slackenties: Dear Danny & Josh, If you fellows decide to travel to lovely Winnipeg over the break, may I suggest spending the day as a stereotypical winter Winnipegger? As a stereotypical Winnipegger you may any number of the following things: Coffee at the Sals on the Bridge. Staring out the window from the sals. Skating on the river trail. Falling on the river trail. Going around...

I hate being as smart as I am. It sometimes makes me want to destroy my brain, but I’m to smart to do that.   FUCK. EVerything is always worse and I love that.  Why do I love that.  (this has nothing to do with my dad or anything in regards to my life actually getting that much worse I am just experiencing some mental angst due to someone in my life who I have contradictory feelings toward...

brentgilliard: duerrstein: katieofavalon: This is the most disturbing book I have ever read. I’m only 60 pages in and I don’t even know if I can continue. It’s about a future dystopian world, wherein the government is attempting to phase out language. If accomplished, the only thing left by 2050 would be a small series of words that can be mixed together to create a meaning. For example,...
